The life coach helps you to decide what changes you want to make and will work with you on how to go about achieving those changes. It helps you to set realistic goals (goal setting) and plan how to achieve them (action planning)
With your Life Coach you will also identify what will stop you (barriers) and how important your goals are (motivation and commitment). It helps you to focus on what you have NOW, what you want to be different NOW and in the FUTURE and how to begin making positive changes.
