Welcome to the Young People’s Support Network (YPSN).

We are now offering ‘in person’ support from our rooms at the Young People’s Centre, Ship Street, Brighton, BN1 1AE and we are also offering online support.

The Young People’s Support Network (YPSN) is a community interest company (CIC) and we operate from the Young People’s Centre, Ship Street in the heart of Brighton.

We offer an innovative approach to supporting young people (11 to 25 years of age)  who are experiencing negative life issues. We combine Counselling, Lifecoaching and targeted youth programmes to deliver a broad range of services and tailor the support to meet the needs and learning style of the young person.

We are a team of experienced and qualified Counsellors, Lifecoaches and Youth Workers and our aim is to offer affordable and timely support which will help young people achieve positive life transitions and achieve positive outcomes.

Currently we receive no funding or financial support so we do have to charge individuals who access our programmes. We hope to attract funding and subsidies in order to offer our support programmes to as many young people as possible, especially those without the means to fully contribute financially to the service.

Our aim is to offer young people therapeutic and educational interventions to enable them to better deal with and manage transitions and crisis in their lives. We aim to do this by delivering a combination of Counselling and Lifecoaching approaches; the blend works very well with young people finding the right balance between reflective and solution focussed approaches.
